1. Acceptance

By installing or using AdsBull, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use AdsBull. These terms apply to the AdsBull Google Sheets and Excel add-on and the adsbull.net website.

2. What AdsBull is

AdsBull is a productivity add-on that connects to ad platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Shopify) and pulls your ad data into Google Sheets. It is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that any specific platform's API will be continuously available or that all fields will remain accessible over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use AdsBull to access ad accounts you do not have permission to access.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from AdsBull.
Use AdsBull in a way that violates any applicable law or the terms of connected ad platforms.
Resell or redistribute AdsBull as your own product.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

AdsBull offers a free plan and paid monthly plans — Solo, Agency, and Agency+ — at the pricing published on the pricing page. During the current beta, all plans are free and no card is required.

When paid plans begin, subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem, which appears on your statement and handles invoicing and applicable taxes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. Founding members (the first 50 approved beta users) receive a complimentary first year of full access; when that year ends, normal published pricing applies and they may choose a paid plan or continue on the Free plan. We may adjust plan limits and pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect your current paid period.

5. Platform API compliance

AdsBull uses official, approved API access. By using AdsBull, you agree to abide by the terms of service of each platform you connect — including Meta's, Google's, TikTok's, Snapchat's, and Shopify's API and platform terms. AdsBull is not affiliated with any of these platforms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

AdsBull is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data pulled from ad platforms will always be accurate (accuracy depends on the platform APIs). Use of AdsBull for financial or business decisions is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsBull and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the add-on, including but not limited to data loss, lost revenue, or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may stop using AdsBull at any time by uninstalling the add-on. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising from them or your use of AdsBull is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
