1. Acceptance

By installing or using AdsBull, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use AdsBull. These terms apply to the AdsBull Google Sheets and Excel add-on and the adsbull.net website.

2. What AdsBull is

AdsBull is a productivity add-on that connects to ad platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Shopify) and pulls your ad data into Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. It is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that any specific platform's API will be continuously available or that all fields will remain accessible over time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use AdsBull to access ad accounts you do not have permission to access.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from AdsBull.
Use AdsBull in a way that violates any applicable law or the terms of connected ad platforms.
Resell or redistribute AdsBull as your own product.

4. Free and paid plans

AdsBull offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Agency). During the beta period, all plans are free. Paid plans will be activated after beta with pricing as published on the pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust plan limits and pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Platform API compliance

AdsBull uses official, approved API access. By using AdsBull, you agree to abide by the terms of service of each platform you connect — including Meta's Platform Policy, Google's API Terms, TikTok's API Terms, and Shopify's Partner Agreement. AdsBull is not affiliated with any of these platforms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

AdsBull is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data pulled from ad platforms will always be accurate (accuracy depends on the platform APIs). Use of AdsBull for financial or business decisions is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsBull and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the add-on, including but not limited to data loss, lost revenue, or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may stop using AdsBull at any time by uninstalling the add-on. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
